Springbank Cuvée '65/'93 MM
XVI Springbank Cuvée '65/'93 MMXVI is a limited edition blended malt Scotch whisky from the Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland. It was released in 2016 to commemorate the 65th and 93rd anniversaries of the distillery's founding. The whisky is a blend of two vintages, 1965 and 1993, which have been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The whisky has a deep golden color with aromas of dried fruit, toffee, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with notes of toasted oak, dried fruit, and a hint of smoke. The finish is long and rich, with a hint of sweetness.
