Springbank 1974 is a rare single malt whisky from the Springbank distillery, located in Campbeltown, Scotland. It was distilled in 1974 and bottled in 2004. It is a cask strength whisky, bottled at 56.9% ABV. It has a nose of honey, heather and peat smoke with a palate of sweet malt, dried fruits and a hint of smokiness. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of peat smoke. This whisky is highly sought after by collectors and connoisseurs alike, and is an excellent example of a classic Campbeltown single malt.
