Springbank 1972 is a single malt whisky from the Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland. It was distilled in 1972 and bottled in 1991, making it a 19-year-old whisky. It was bottled at cask strength of 51.6% ABV. The whisky has a golden-amber colour and a nose of heather, honey, and citrus. On the palate, it has a sweet and smoky flavour with notes of vanilla, toffee, and oak. The finish is long and slightly dry.
