Springbank 1966
Springbank 1966 is a single malt Scotch whisky that was distilled in 1966 at the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland. It was released in 2009 as a limited edition of just 1,000 bottles. The whisky was aged for 43 years in first-fill sherry casks, which imparted a deep, rich, and complex flavor. The whisky has notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and spices, with a long, smooth finish. It is considered to be one of the finest examples of single malt whisky from the Campbeltown region.
