Springbank 1966
Springbank 1966 is a single malt whisky from the Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland. It was distilled in 1966 and bottled in 2011 after 45 years of maturation, making it one of the oldest and rarest Springbank whiskies ever released. The whisky was matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, resulting in a complex and powerful flavour profile. The whisky has notes of dried fruit, spice, toffee, and oak, with a long, smooth finish. It is an incredibly rare whisky, with only 740 bottles released and is highly sought after by whisky collectors.
