Springbank 1919
Springbank 1919 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Springbank Distillery. It was distilled in 1919 and bottled in 2019, making it a 100-year-old whisky. It was released to commemorate the centenary of the Springbank Distillery. It was distilled from a mash of malted barley and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. The whisky is bottled at 46.7% ABV and is non-chill filtered. It is described as having aromas of toffee, leather, and sherry, with a palate of dried fruit, nutmeg, and a hint of smoke.
