Rosebank 1975 SS
Rosebank 1975 Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Rosebank Distillery in Scotland. It was distilled in 1975 and bottled in 2015 by independent bottler Douglas Laing. It is a limited edition bottling, with only 1,000 bottles produced. The whisky was matured in a combination of refill American oak hogsheads and refill European oak butts for 40 years before being bottled at cask strength. It has a deep golden color and a nose of honey, toffee, and dried fruits. The palate is smooth and creamy, with notes of honey, malt, spices, and dried fruits. The finish is long and sweet, with a hint of smoke. Rosebank 1975 is a complex and well-balanced whisky, with a great depth of flavor.
