Macallan Travel Series 1940's
The Macallan Travel Series 1940's is a limited edition collection of single malt Scotch whiskies produced by The Macallan Distillery in Scotland. It was released in 2020 and consists of four expressions, each representing a different decade of the 1940s. The whiskies are all aged in sherry-seasoned oak casks, and each expression is bottled at cask strength. The 1940s series includes The Macallan 12 Year Old (1940s), The Macallan 15 Year Old (1940s), The Macallan 18 Year Old (1940s), and The Macallan 21 Year Old (1940s). The series pays homage to the decade that saw The Macallan become one of the most renowned single malt Scotch whiskies in the world.
