Macallan 1997 SV
Macallan 1997 SV is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Macallan Distillery. It was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2016. The whisky was matured in a combination of Sherry-seasoned American oak casks and European oak casks. The whisky has a dark amber color with aromas of dried fruit, toffee and spice. On the palate, it is sweet and spicy with flavors of dried fruit, toffee and oak. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of smoke.
