Macallan 1997 MM is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Macallan distillery. It was bottled in 1997 from a single cask and is limited to just 888 bottles. This whisky was aged for 18 years in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks before being bottled at cask strength. It has a deep golden color and a rich, complex aroma of dried fruits, sweet spice, and oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, with flavors of dried fruits, toffee, nutmeg, and oak.
