The whisky is a non-chill filtered single malt and has been matured in a combination of first-fill and refill Sherry casks. The whisky has a deep golden color and a full-bodied flavor profile that is dominated by sweet and smoky notes of dried fruits, toffee, chocolate, and oak. On the palate, the whisky is creamy and rich with notes of honey, spice, and dried fruits. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of smoke.
