ibbon's Provenance Macallan 1993 McGibbon's Provenance is a single cask, single malt Scotch whisky from the Macallan distillery. It was distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2020. It was aged for 27 years in a first-fill sherry butt, and bottled at natural cask strength of 54.9% ABV. The whisky has a deep golden color and a nose of dried fruits, toffee, and oak. On the palate, there are notes of dried fruits, marmalade, and spices, with a long, oaky finish. This whisky is a limited edition release, with only 568 bottles produced.
