Cadenhead Macallan 1991 WM Cadenhead is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Macallan distillery in Speyside, Scotland. It was bottled in October 2019 by independent bottler Cadenhead's. This whisky was distilled in 1991 and aged for 28 years in a single sherry butt. It was bottled at a cask strength of 51.7% ABV and has an outturn of 648 bottles. This whisky has a deep amber color and aromas of dried fruit, toffee, and oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth with notes of honey, nuts, and spices. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of smoke. This whisky is a great example of the quality and complexity of Macallan single malts.
