Cadenhead Macallan 1991 WM Cadenhead is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Macallan distillery. It was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2017 by independent bottler W.M. Cadenhead. It is a limited edition bottling of just 200 bottles. The whisky has been matured in a single sherry butt and has an ABV of 56.6%. On the nose, it has aromas of toffee, dried fruits, and spice. On the palate, there are flavors of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a hint of smoke. The finish is long and smooth with a lingering sweetness. This is a rare and collectible whisky and is sure to be enjoyed by whisky connoisseurs.
