Macallan 1991 GM is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Macallan distillery in Speyside, Scotland. It was distilled in 1991 and aged for 12 years in sherry casks. The whisky has a deep golden color and a complex nose of dried fruit, toffee, and oak. On the palate it is smooth and sweet with notes of honey, vanilla, and spice. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of smoke.
