Macallan 1991 Distillers Edition is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Macallan distillery. It was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2006. It was matured in sherry casks and finished in oloroso sherry casks. This whisky has a deep golden color with aromas of dried fruit, nuts, and oak. The palate is full-bodied with flavors of dried fruits, spices, and dark chocolate. The finish is long and lingering with notes of oak and sherry.
