ibbon's Provenance Macallan 1990 McGibbon's Provenance is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Macallan distillery. It was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2018 by Gordon & MacPhail for their Provenance range. This whisky is aged for 28 years in a combination of refill bourbon barrels and sherry hogsheads. It has a deep golden color and an aroma of dried fruits, nutty oak and citrus. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied with notes of oak, raisins, toffee, orange peel, and spices. The finish is long and complex with a hint of smoke.
