It was a limited edition release, with only 1,000 bottles produced. The whisky is a mix of sherry-cask-matured and bourbon-cask-matured whisky, and has a deep mahogany colour. On the nose, there are notes of dried fruit, toffee, and oak. On the palate, there are flavours of toasted oak, dried fruit, and spice. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of smoke.
