Macallan 1989
The Macallan 1989 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Macallan Distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was bottled in 1997, and has a deep golden color with a nose of sherry, wood, and spice. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with flavors of dried fruit, toffee, and oak. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of smoke. This whisky is a great example of the quality and complexity of the Macallan range.
