Macallan 1987 CA is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Macallan distillery. It was distilled in 1987 and bottled in 2020. This whisky was released as part of the Macallan's 'Cask Collection', a range of single malt whiskies that are bottled from individual casks. The whisky was matured in a combination of European and American oak casks, and is bottled at cask strength. It has an ABV of 54.3%. On the nose, this whisky offers aromas of vanilla, honey, toffee and citrus. On the palate, it has a creamy texture and flavours of dried fruits, nuts, oak and spice. The finish is long and warming.
