Macallan 1985 AD
Macallan 1985 AD is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky released by The Macallan in 2020. It was distilled in 1985 and bottled at the age of 35 years old. The whisky was matured in a combination of Sherry-seasoned American oak casks, European oak casks and refill casks. It has a rich, complex flavor profile of dried fruits, spices, and toasted oak. The whisky is bottled at 48.9% ABV and is presented in a hand-blown crystal decanter. The whisky is limited to only 1,500 bottles and is highly sought after by collectors.
