Macallan 1975 FC is a limited edition, single cask release from the Macallan distillery in Scotland. This whisky was distilled in 1975 and bottled in 2014. It was aged for 39 years in a single first-fill sherry cask, and only 300 bottles were produced. The whisky has a deep amber color and a complex aroma of dried fruits, leather, toffee, and wood. On the palate, the whisky is rich and sweet, with flavors of dark chocolate, toffee, and dried fruits. The finish is long and smooth, with a lingering sweetness.
