Macallan 1972
Macallan 1972 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Macallan distillery in Speyside, Scotland. It is a limited edition, non-age statement whisky that was released in 2017. The whisky was produced from a combination of ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks, and bottled at 46.2% ABV. It has a golden color with aromas of dried fruits, toasted oak, and sweet spices. On the palate, it has a full-bodied flavor with notes of honey, nuts, and dried fruits. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of spice.
