Longmorn 1967 GM
Longmorn 1967 GM is a single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 1967 at the Longmorn Distillery in Speyside, Scotland. It was bottled in 2001 by Gordon & MacPhail, a family-owned independent bottler, who have been bottling whisky since 1895. This whisky was aged in a refill sherry butt for 34 years before being bottled at a cask strength of 56.2% ABV. It is a limited edition bottling of only 545 bottles. This whisky has a deep golden color and a sweet, fruity nose with aromas of toffee, orange, honey, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, with flavors of caramel, toffee, dried fruit, and spice. The finish is long and warming, with a lingering sweetness.
