Linkwood 1939 GM
Linkwood 1939 GM is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Linkwood distillery in Speyside, Scotland. It was distilled in 1939 and bottled in the late 1990s. It is a rare whisky, as only a few hundred bottles were released. The whisky is a dark gold colour with aromas of honey, toffee, dried fruits and spices. On the palate, there are notes of oak, sherry, nuts and smoke. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of smoke. It is a complex whisky with a remarkable depth of flavour.
