Kawasaki 1981
The Kawasaki KZ1000, also known as the Z1R, was a motorcycle produced by Kawasaki from 1981 to 1983. It was the successor to the legendary KZ900, and was a major step forward in terms of styling and performance. The KZ1000 featured a 998cc four-cylinder engine, producing a maximum of 90 horsepower. It featured a five-speed transmission, and a shaft drive. The bike was equipped with an adjustable air-assisted suspension system, as well as a single disc front brake and a dual disc rear brake. The KZ1000 was available in two versions: the standard KZ1000 and the KZ1000R, which featured a full fairing. The KZ1000 was a popular bike in its day, and is still sought after by collectors today.
