Karuizawa 1987
Karuizawa 1987 is a single malt whisky from the Karuizawa distillery in Japan. It is a very rare and highly sought-after whisky, due to its limited production and high quality. The whisky was distilled in 1987 and bottled in 2012, making it one of the oldest single malts in the world. It has a sweet, fruity nose with notes of honey and dried fruit, and a smooth, mellow palate with hints of oak and spice. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of smoke. Karuizawa 1987 is an excellent example of Japanese whisky, and is highly prized by whisky connoisseurs.
