Highland Park 40-year-old
Highland Park 40-year-old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland Park distillery in the Orkney Islands of Scotland. It is a very special whisky, as it is the oldest age statement whisky available from the distillery. It is a limited edition whisky, made with whisky that has been aged for 40 years in American and European oak casks. The whisky is a deep golden colour, with a rich and complex aroma of dried fruits, spices and smoky peat. On the palate, it is smooth and mellow, with flavours of oak, honey, and dried fruits, as well as a hint of smoky peat. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of sweet spice. Highland Park 40-year-old is an exceptional whisky, and one that any whisky lover should try at least once in their lifetime.
