Highland Park 1975
Highland Park 1975 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland Park Distillery in Orkney, Scotland. The whisky is made from a mix of peated and unpeated malts and is aged for a minimum of 12 years in sherry-seasoned American oak casks. It has a smoky, sweet flavor with notes of heather, honey, and dried fruits. The whisky has won several awards, including the Gold Medal at the International Spirits Challenge in 2015.
