Highland Park 1967 DT was a single malt Scotch whisky released by the Highland Park Distillery in Orkney, Scotland. It was distilled in 1967 and bottled in 2006, making it 39 years old. The whisky was matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, giving it a complex flavor profile with notes of dried fruit, honey, and a hint of smoke. It was the first whisky released from the Highland Park Distillery to be aged for more than 30 years. The whisky was highly sought after by whisky connoisseurs, and it was highly acclaimed by whisky critics. It was awarded a score of 97/100 by Jim Murray's Whisky Bible, making it one of the highest rated single malt whiskies ever.
