Highland Park 1941 was a Canadian blended whiskey produced by Seagram's Distillery in Montreal, Quebec. It was made with a blend of rye, corn, and barley malt whiskies. The whiskey was aged for at least three years in oak barrels before bottling. It was a popular whiskey in Canada at the time and was known for its smooth, mellow flavor. It was often used as a mixer in cocktails, such as the Manhattan.
