Hanyu 23-year-old
Japanese figure skater Yuzuru Hanyu is a two-time Olympic champion, four-time World champion, four-time Grand Prix Final champion, and two-time Four Continents champion. He is the first male figure skater to win two consecutive Olympic gold medals, and the first to win three consecutive world titles. He is also the first male figure skater to win a gold medal at the Olympics, Worlds, and Grand Prix Final in the same season. Hanyu is known for his artistic expression, precision jumps, and high-scoring programs. He is the current world record holder in the men's short program, free skate, and combined total score. He is the first male skater to land a quadruple loop jump in competition.
