Hanyu 1991 is a Japanese whisky produced by the Hanyu Distillery in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. It is a blend of malt and grain whiskies from the distillery, and is bottled at 43% ABV. It is a popular whisky among whisky enthusiasts for its complex flavor profile, which includes notes of honey, caramel, oak, and spice. It has won numerous awards, including a Gold Medal at the International Spirits Challenge in 2006.
