Glenfarclas 1973
Glenfarclas 1973 is a single malt whisky from the Glenfarclas distillery in Scotland. It was distilled in 1973 and bottled in 2011. The whisky has been matured for 38 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and refill Bourbon casks. It is a limited edition bottling, with only 600 bottles released. The whisky has a deep golden colour, with aromas of dried fruit, spice and toffee. On the palate, it has flavours of dried fruit, toffee, spice and oak. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of smoke.
