Dalmore 21-year-old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Dalmore Distillery in Scotland. It is aged for 21 years in a combination of ex-bourbon, Matusalem oloroso Sherry and Madeira wine casks. The whisky has a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile with notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, orange zest, honey and dried fruits. It is rich and smooth on the palate with a long, warming finish.
