Dalmore 1995 IM
Dalmore 1995 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Dalmore distillery in the Highlands of Scotland. It was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2019, making it 24 years old. It was aged in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, before being finished in 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry casks. The whisky has a rich and complex aroma, with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and dried fruits. On the palate, it is sweet and smooth, with notes of toffee, orange, and spices. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of smoke.
