Dalmore 1992 GM
The Dalmore 1992 GM is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Dalmore distillery in the Scottish Highlands. It was released in 2020 as part of the distillery's Private Collection series, which features whiskies that have been aged in a variety of different casks. The Dalmore 1992 GM was aged for 27 years in American white oak, ex-Bourbon, and ex-oloroso Sherry casks. The whisky has a deep golden color, with aromas of honey, dried fruits, and nutty notes. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, with flavors of sweet vanilla, toasted almonds, and hints of dark chocolate. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of smoke.
