allum Dalmore 1990 McCallum is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Dalmore Distillery in Scotland. It is a limited edition release, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2013. The whisky was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, before being finished in ex-oloroso sherry casks. The whisky has a deep amber color, with aromas of dried fruit and toasted oak. On the palate, it has notes of sweet honey, dried fruit, toffee, and a hint of spice. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of oak.
