Dalmore 1989 CA is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Dalmore distillery. It was distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2009. It was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. It has a rich, sweet, and fruity aroma with notes of honey, citrus, and toasted nuts. The palate is smooth and creamy with flavors of caramel, dark chocolate, and dried fruits. The finish is long and warm with a hint of smoke. This rare whisky is a great addition to any collection.
