Dalmore 1987 CA is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Dalmore distillery. It was distilled in 1987 and bottled in 2016. It was matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Merlot casks from the Côtes du Rhône region of France. The result is a whisky that is full of complexity and character, with notes of dark fruit, spice, and tobacco. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of smoke and oak.
