Dalmore 1984 CA
Dalmore 1984 CA is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Dalmore distillery. It was distilled in 1984 and bottled in 2019. It was aged for 35 years in ex-bourbon American oak casks and finished in a combination of ex-oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The whisky has a deep amber colour with aromas of ripe fruit, treacle toffee, orange zest and sweet spices. On the palate, it has a smooth and creamy texture with flavours of dark chocolate, coffee, toasted almonds and dried fruits. The finish is long and lingering with notes of soft oak and spice.
