Dalmore 1979
Dalmore 1979 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Dalmore Distillery in the Highlands of Scotland. It was distilled in 1979 and bottled in 2003. It was aged in a combination of three different casks: American white oak, Matusalem oloroso sherry, and Madeira. The whisky was then finished in a Port pipe. It has a rich, full-bodied flavor with notes of dried fruit, chocolate, and spice. It is a rare and sought-after whisky, with only 1,000 bottles released.
