Chichibu 2008
Chichibu 2008 was a Japanese whisky released by the Chichibu Distillery in 2008. It was the first whisky to be produced at the distillery since it reopened in 2007. The whisky was made using a combination of malted barley, wheat, corn, and peated barley and was aged for 3 years in ex-bourbon barrels. The whisky was bottled at cask strength and has a deep, smoky flavor with hints of fruit and spice. The Chichibu 2008 has become a highly sought-after whisky and is a favorite among whisky enthusiasts.
