Cardhu 1973

Cardhu 1973 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Speyside region of Scotland. It was distilled in 1973 and bottled in the 1980s. The whisky was aged for 12 years in oak casks and has a deep golden colour. The nose is sweet and fruity with notes of honey, vanilla and citrus. The palate is smooth and creamy with hints of oak and spice. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of smokiness. Cardhu 1973 is a great example of a classic Speyside whisky and is highly sought after by whisky collectors.
