Bowmore 2001 JB is a limited edition single malt whisky from the Bowmore Distillery in Islay, Scotland. It is aged in ex-bourbon barrels for 14 years before being finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The whisky has a deep golden color and a rich, smoky aroma with notes of honey, sherry, and peat. On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and complex with flavors of dark fruits, sweet spices, and smoke. The finish is long and smoky, with a hint of sweetness.
