Bowmore 2000
Bowmore 2000 is a single malt Scotch whisky produced by Bowmore Distillery, located in the Islay region of Scotland. This whisky was distilled in 2000 and aged for 14 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks before being bottled in 2014. It has a deep golden color, with aromas of honey, peat smoke, and sea salt. On the palate, it has flavors of sweet vanilla, dried fruits, and spices, with a smoky finish. This whisky is considered to be an excellent example of Bowmore's signature smoky Islay style.
