Bowmore 1999 GM is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Islay region of Scotland. It was distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2015. It is a limited edition bottling, with only 1,500 bottles produced. The whisky was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, giving it a rich and complex flavor. The whisky has notes of sweet vanilla, dried fruits, and smoky peat.
