Bowmore 1999 DL
Bowmore 1999 DL is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Bowmore Distillery. It was distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2020. It is a vatting of whisky from both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, and is bottled at cask strength of 55.6% ABV. The whisky has a deep golden color, with aromas of honey, toffee, and dried fruits. On the palate, it is smooth and complex, with flavors of sweet malt, dried fruits, and a hint of smoke. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of spice.
