Bowmore 1998 MM is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Bowmore Distillery in Islay, Scotland. It was distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2018. It was aged in ex-bourbon barrels and ex-sherry hogsheads. The whisky has an ABV of 46% and has a deep golden color. On the nose, it has aromas of toasted oak, dried fruits, and smoky peat. On the palate, it has flavors of honey, vanilla, and dried fruits. The finish is long and warming with notes of sweet smoke and peat.
