Bowmore 1997 CWC (Cask Whisky Collection) is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Bowmore Distillery in Islay, Scotland. It was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2016, making it 19 years old. It was aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, and bottled at 46% ABV. This whisky has a deep golden color, with aromas of caramel, toffee, and dried fruit. On the palate, it has notes of honey, oak, and peat smoke, with a long, sweet finish.
